Posted about 9 years ago by Stacey Allen Chapman

The Planning Committee is seeking GNPs to present their innovative projects in 2015.

The Planning Committee would like to present a session at the GAPNA 2015 Conference in San Antonio, Texas which showcases innovative projects that GNPs have created and implemented. We are seeking projects that have been initiated by GAPNA members in such areas as antipsychotic reduction, reducing re-hospitalization rates and other projects that may cross the spectrum of acute to long term care. The project should discuss the innovation and any current outcomes that you have been able to achieve.

The presentations would be a moderated session, with each project being highlighted within a 15 minute presentation. If you or a chapter member have a project that you would love to showcase in this session, please provide the following by February 10th to the National Office at gapna@ajj.com.
