National GAPNA Elections and Award Nominations

Just a few national updates.

Elections for national officers are open now. You will receive an email with your personal ID number and passcode. One of our very own GA GAPNA members, Carolyn Clevenger, is running for President Elect! It would be great to have local representation on the national board. Voting will close on May 30th so don't hesitate to take a few minutes to cast your ballot today.

National awards are open for nominations! Do you know a deserving colleague who you would like to nominate for a national award? Every year, the excellence awards in clinical practice, leadership, education, community service and research are given to deserving individuals across the country who are dedicated to GAPNA's mission and values. Please take a few minutes to nominate a colleague or yourself. If you decide to nominate, please take a few minutes and review the criteria for each individual award so that your nominee has the best chance to win. We have had winners from Georgia year after year and believe we have some of the most deserving of any chapter.
