The deadline for this year’s state award is extended through August 8th to capture every nomination we can!
Nominate yourself or a colleague for this wonderful award and opportunity to:
1) Receive recognition at the next quarterly GA GAPNA business meeting.
2) Receive complimentary registration to the Annual GAPNA Conference in Washington, DC on September 26-29, 2018!
Nominees should be a GA GAPNA member in good standing with a dedication to our geriatric patient population. See attached nomination form for details and submission instructions.
