Happy Summer! I wanted to send out a brief message as GA GAPNA President. I am looking foward to our time together and hope to bring some innovative and intriguing ideas into play. As the premier Geriatric professional organization, GA GAPNA strives to elevate the practice of Geriatrics through strong collaboration.
I am putting together a survey to query the interests of our members. Please look for that in the coming weeks. One of my priorities is to work on improving the engagement among our membership. I want to hear what proves beneficial of your GA GAPNA membership and also what you find least valuable.
Our next quarterly meeting is on Aug 23. The invite went out today. We will be awarding our Ga GAPNA Clinical Excellence Award at that meeting! Thank you to Collegium for sponsoring the meeting!
Don't forget that the National GAPNA Conference is October 4-7 in Nashville! Our own Katherine Evans (National President) will be presiding over the conference! AND.....Georgia is winning the CHAPTER EXCELLENCE AWARD!!!! Please consider attanding an helping our chapter celebrate our awesomeness!
