Dear Georgia GAPNA membership:
I represent Georgia GAPNA on the Southern Partners Action Collaborative for Excellence (SPACE) Advisory Board for Alliant Quality, the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) for Georgia. This collaborative works to improve quality in a variety of categories, ie, reduction of off-label use of antipsychotics, urinary incontinence, improvement in mobility for long stay residents, use of QAPI tools and resources, in nursing homes across the state.
The QIO is looking for speakers/presenters on the following topics for a 30 min lunch and learn webinar:
Mobility
Incontinence
Antipsychotics
QAPI
This is a great opportunity for Georgia GAPNA to support quality initiatives for nursing homes. Also, a great way for you as an individual to highlight your talents and support Georgia GAPNA! Please reach out to me if you are interested in presenting on any of these topics.
