Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Location: Sandy Springs, GA

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our collaborative care team in Sandy Springs.

What You Can Expect:

  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • Average census: 12–14 patients per day (some providers see 17–20+)
  • Flexible scheduling and autonomy to build your panel and pace
  • Primary care focus on patients age 16+, but we care for the whole family when needed
  • Most patients are aged 30+, with steady referrals from our high-volume call center (600+ calls/day)
  • Strong referral relationships with urgent care partners and vendors

Ideal Candidate:

  • Active GA license and board certification as FNP or PA
  • 1+ year of experience in a primary care or family medicine setting preferred
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset
