Join our dynamic team as a Nurse Practitioner or PA in our bustling family practice clinic. We
are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual who is passionate about delivering
comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages. As a Nurse Practitioner in
our family practice, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, patient-centered
care, promoting wellness, and fostering lasting relationships with our diverse patient
population.

Responsibilities:

• Primary Care Services
• Chronic Disease Management 
• Health Promotion and Disease Prevention 
• Acute Care Services 
• Collaborative Care 
• Patient Education 
   

Schedule Details:
Monday – Friday 8a-5pm

Qualifications:

• MSN or higher education, required 
• Current unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia 
• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
• Minimum of two years clinical experience in a family practice or primary care 
• Must have experience with Epic software, required
  
  

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range $112-120k
