Additional Information

The next Foot Clinic for the Needy is occurring on Saturday, October 14th, 2017!

Lynette Franklin of the Emory Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse Education Center (WOCNEC) invites GAPNA to partner with her teams at this free foot clinic hosted at St. Paul's Church in Midtown. These clinics occur throughout the year and are a great opportunity to serve the community alongside others.

Nurses with or without experience are all invited to volunteer!

Additional details:

Attire - scrubs or lab coat over street clothes, closed toe shoes required

Time - 8:00am-1:00pm, goal to be cleaned up and finished by 1pm. There will be orientation at 8am, no need to prep beforehand.

Some participants bring their own head lamp for better light, but not required.

If applicable to you, this counts toward hours for certification preparation for the WOCN foot specialist certification.

If you'd like to volunteer, notify Lynette Franklin at: lynette.franklin@emory.edu

Lynette can answer any additional questions! Hope to see some of you this Fall!
