Emerging Therapies in Geriatrics

Reflecting the many changes both healthcare professionals and geriatric patients have seen over the last few years, 2025 Conference Speakers will focus on emerging therapies in our work as gerontological specialists including pain management, telemedicine, and clinical content in dermatology, nephrology, and endocrinology. The conference will take place on Saturday, March 22 at the Park Springs Life Community in Stone Mountain, Georgia.

Georgia GAPNA’s mission is to promote high standards of healthcare in all areas of geriatrics, including acute care, home and primary care, assisted living, and long-term care. This multi-disciplinary educational meeting attracts nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, physician assistants, pharmacists, and licensed professional clinicians across the Southeast.

 The learning experience will include:

  • In addition to our renowned Keynote, Highlighted and Closer speakers, sessions will feature essential topics in emerging therapies including pain management, telemedicine, and clinical content in dermatology, nephrology, and endocrinology.

  • Awesome Raffle Prizes to benefit the Penny Maynard Scholarship

  • This event will offer six CE credits for those who participate in the entire activity

Continuing Education

This activity has been approved for 6.0 continuing education credits through the Emory Nursing Professional Development Center. ENPDC is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Commission on Accreditation.

Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy

The deadline to cancel a registration is March 14, 2025. All cancellations must be made in writing (mail or email) and will not be accepted by telephone. A $50 administrative fee will be charged on any cancellation after March 15, 2025. No refunds will be given after March 20, 2025.
